By using CalmCue — the app, the website, the beta, or any related service — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use CalmCue.

CalmCue is intended for parents, guardians, and responsible adults who accompany children in daily life. It is not intended for independent use by children.

Any child-related information should be entered only by the parent, guardian, or responsible adult — not by the child.

CalmCue gives parents a short next step for the moment at hand — a phrase to try, a small action, a brief cue for the next few minutes. It is designed to help with everyday situations at home such as:

• •Sleep routines and bedtime
• •Screens and end of screen time
• •Boundaries and outbursts
• •Food and mealtimes
• •Bath time and transitions
• •Morning routines before leaving
• •Recurring situations at home

The app also allows you to save moments — what happened, what worked, what didn't — to remember over time what fits your child and home. Some guidance may be generated or supported by AI systems.

• ✕Is not suitable for situations of immediate danger or crisis.
• ✕Does not guarantee that any situation will be resolved.

• ✕Is not intended for independent use by children.

If someone may be unsafe, if there is immediate danger, or if urgent help is needed, contact local emergency services or an appropriate professional immediately. Do not rely on CalmCue in emergencies.

By using CalmCue you confirm that you are a parent, guardian, or responsible adult, and you agree to:

• •Exercise your own judgment and choose only actions that fit your home, child, and situation.
• •Not enter information you are not authorized to share.
• •Avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed for the guidance.
• •Not attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
• •Not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or emergency purposes.

Some guidance in CalmCue may be generated, supported, or processed using AI systems and service providers. Such guidance may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable for a specific situation, or may not reflect the full context. The guidance may also not reflect information that was not entered in the app or circumstances that are not known to CalmCue.

You must review the guidance and apply your own parental judgment. Seek professional help when appropriate. Do not rely on CalmCue in emergencies or situations that require professional assistance.

CalmCue is not responsible for decisions made based on the guidance provided.

CalmCue is currently in beta. This means the service may change; features may be added, limited, or unavailable; bugs, delays, outages, or inaccurate responses may occur. Access may be limited or discontinued with or without prior notice.

Feedback you provide during the beta may be used to improve the service.

Using CalmCue may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address and authentication data.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If an in-app account deletion option is available, you may also use it. For requests: support@calmcue.app.

CalmCue may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the service for misuse, security, legal, or operational reasons.

CalmCue is available to use during the beta period. In the future, purchases, subscriptions, or paid tiers may be offered. If offered, pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase and will be subject to applicable App Store rules.

Content you enter — questions, saved moments, and the context you chose to save — remains yours or your responsibility. To operate the service, you grant CalmCue a limited license to process, store, transmit, display, and use that content only as needed to operate, provide, secure, support, and improve the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

CalmCue does not claim ownership of content you enter.

The CalmCue name, design, software, text, visual assets, and service are owned by the operator or used under valid license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or make commercial use of any part of the service without written permission, except as permitted by law.

Use of CalmCue is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

CalmCue is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We make every effort to provide a helpful, stable, and responsible experience, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, accurate, suitable for every situation, or produce a specific outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, CalmCue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on guidance provided.

If your actions result in claims, damages, or costs against CalmCue arising from misuse of the service, breach of these Terms, entering information you were not authorized to share, or infringement of third-party rights, you may be responsible for those damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the last update will appear on this page. If we make a material change, we will endeavour to notify you through an appropriate channel.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction for any dispute shall be with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
