CalmCue is an app that helps parents and caregivers navigate challenging moments at home — such as sleep difficulties, screen time, boundaries, and transitions — through practical, in-the-moment guidance. The app is intended for adult parents and caregivers and is not directed to, or intended for independent use by, children.

• •Account details: email address, authentication data, and parent name if provided.
• •Parent profile, if you choose to fill one in.
• •Child-related context entered by the parent or caregiver: name or nickname, age, challenges, sensitivities, what helps or doesn't, and notes.
• •Questions to the guide, descriptions of moments at home, and text written in the app.
• •Saved moments: what happened, what worked, what didn't, and notes you chose to save.
• •Feedback on guide responses or the overall experience.
• •Basic usage data: guide requests, saved moments, usage quotas, and general usage times.
• •Technical and diagnostic information, where collected: app version, device type, errors, and technical logs.
• •Support communications.

You are not required to enter information you do not wish to save. We recommend avoiding entering sensitive information that is not needed to receive guidance.

If purchases or subscriptions are offered in the future, in-app payments will be processed according to Apple and App Store rules.

We use collected information to:

• •Operate and improve the service.
• •Provide personalized guidance within the app.
• •Personalize guidance based on the context you chose to save, such as the child's age, what helps, and what does not help.
• •Respond to support requests.
• •Identify and fix technical issues.
• •Improve the service and guidance quality, where possible in aggregated or non-identifying ways.

CalmCue may use external service providers for storage, processing, and delivering responses. Some of these providers operate AI services to generate guidance.

These service providers may process information on servers outside Israel, subject to their own privacy policies. We aim to work with providers that maintain commonly accepted security and privacy practices, but we cannot guarantee that these providers will not retain or process data at all.

Some text you enter may be sent to an AI processing provider or other infrastructure providers to operate the guide feature and generate guidance. These providers may process information according to their role, applicable agreements, and their own policies. For that reason, you should avoid entering information that is not needed for the guidance.

• ✕We do not use family content, questions, saved moments, or child-related details for ad targeting.
• ✕We do not share questions, saved moments, child-related details, or guide responses with employers, schools, kindergartens, communities, or business partners for their independent use or marketing purposes.
• ✕We do not score or rate parents or children.
• ✕We do not use family content for public marketing purposes without explicit consent.

CalmCue is intended for parents and caregivers and is not directed to, or intended for independent use by, children. Child-related information may be entered by a parent or caregiver to support more relevant guidance. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

If you believe information was entered into the app improperly, please contact us at support@calmcue.app and we will address the request.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed for service, security, or legal compliance purposes.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, as well as to request account deletion, at support@calmcue.app. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request. If an in-app account deletion option is available, you may also use it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and server access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Use of the service may involve processing or storing information outside Israel, depending on the service providers used to operate CalmCue.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will endeavour to notify you through an appropriate channel.
